📖 Mais...do que — Comparatives

B complains that Marilene loves the cat "mais do que eu" — this is the standard comparative of superiority in Portuguese, equivalent to English "more...than."

📖 Isso me faz sentir — Causative fazer

B says "isso me faz sentir bem melhor" — fazer + pronoun + infinitive expresses that something causes someone to feel or do something, like English "makes me feel."
