A asks "De qual marca...você mais gosta?" — this is a natural way to ask someone's favorite among several named options.

📖 Confessar que — Admitting/confessing

B admits "confesso que também gosto" — confessar que + sentence is a great way to admit something a little unexpected or surprising, adding a conversational, honest tone.

eu diria	I would say	Conditional of dizer — softens an opinion.
