A reassures "combina com seu rosto" — combinar com describes how something matches or suits a person or another item, useful for describing clothes, colors, or styles.

B says "estava na hora mesmo de ter um novo estilo" — this useful expression describes something that was overdue or that felt like the right moment to happen.
