Já + Pretérito Perfeito — Falar de Experiências de Vida
When Antônio asks "você já esteve alguma vez no museu?" he's using já + pretérito perfeito — the structure Brazilians use to ask about life experience without saying exactly when. It does the job of the English "Have you ever...?", even though Portuguese has no separate present perfect tense.

The pattern: once a specific time expression appears (na semana passada, ontem, ano passado), Brazilians normally drop já — the time marker already does the job of anchoring the event. Já and nunca are for when no specific moment is given.

This dialogue is a classic Brazilian pastime: a friendly, passionate debate about football legends. Notice the expressions Antônio and Andréia use to agree, hesitate, and reject an argument:

Entonação de interjeições e marcadores de discurso
Short interjections like "Vixe!" and tag words like "viu?" carry as much meaning in their intonation as in their words. Listen carefully to how native speakers say them in the episode:
Vixe! — a sharp rise then fall, signaling hesitation or a mild "uh-oh" moment right before answering something tricky. ✦ viu? — a small rise at the end of a sentence, checking that the listener is following along, similar in function (though not in melody) to English "you know?" or "right?"
Try reading the dialogue aloud, exaggerating the rise-fall on Vixe! and the light rising tag on viu? — this prosody is often what makes a learner's Portuguese sound natural, even when the grammar is already correct.
